Keep Me Alive (2023)

This project consists of a laptop positioned beneath a heavy cinder block, which is suspended by a string. A pair of automatic scissors is positioned in the middle of the cord.

The laptop hosts a website featuring a simple button. When a visitor accesses the site from another device, such as a mobile phone, they can press the button to make the scissors cut the string little by little. If the button is pressed too many times, the cinder block falls and crushes the laptop, taking the website offline forever.
